1Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to operate and optimize the application:
- Account Information: Full name, email address, password (encrypted) when you sign up/log in via Supabase Auth.
- Content Data: Design ideas, notes, images, and videos uploaded by you or team members to Cloudflare R2 for sharing and review.
- System Data: Mobile device specifications (operating system, model) used exclusively to optimize video playback performance and image display.
2How We Use Your Information
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the core features of the application (Idea feed, video autoplay, comments, and reactions).
- To enforce precise user role permissions (Employee postings, Administrator review and evaluation).
- To send real-time notifications via Supabase Realtime when new ideas or approval requests occur.
- To secure the system and prevent fraudulent activities or violations of system guidelines.
3Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
We commit to NEVER sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is processed only by our highly secure and trusted infrastructure partners:
- Supabase: For cloud database services and secure user authentication.
- Cloudflare: For secure cloud storage (R2 Storage) and content delivery network (CDN) acceleration for images and videos.
4Account & Personal Data Deletion Rights
In full compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, we fully support the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data:
- In-App Deletion Request: Users can access their Profile screen and tap the Delete Account option to submit an immediate deletion request.
- Email Deletion Request: You can also request complete deletion by emailing us at contact@transformerrobotics.com with your registered account email.
- Processing Time: Once confirmed, your account records, photos, videos, and all related interactive history will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers (Supabase & Cloudflare R2) within 48 business hours.
5Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures (including SSL/TLS transport-layer encryption, and salted password hashing on the server side) to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data.
